The purpose of this hearing is to obtain input from city residents in reference to the Annual Plan submission to be submitted to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for fiscal year beginning 2023. Funds being allocated for this year are for both Operating Funds and Capital Funds. All residents are encouraged to attend this hearing. A copy of the Annual Plan will be available for review 7:30AM – 4:30PM beginning November 8, 2023 through December 26, 2023. Persons can also submit written comments prior to the Public Hearing to:
